Founded in 2020 in Devils Lake, North Dakota, Labor Inbound helps employers organize visa processing, recruitment coordination, administration, and compliance records.
Our story
Built in North Dakota, for the people who feed and build America
Labor Inbound was founded in 2020 in Devils Lake, North Dakota, to help agricultural employers navigate the H-2A program with accurate filings and dependable support.
What started with Northern Plains grain and row crop operations has grown to serve agricultural employers across 15 states, filing about 300 H-2A petitions each season.
We have since added H-2B services, bringing the same approach to landscaping, construction, hospitality, and other seasonal employers.
What we do
Support from planning through the end of the season
H-2A filing
Job order and labor certification preparation, and petition filing as agent for agricultural employers.
H-2B filing
The same structured process for temporary non agricultural employers, planned around the annual cap.
Recruitment coordination
We work with our recruitment partner, TalentCruit, to connect employers with qualified workers.
Compliance support
Recordkeeping, notices, and guidance during the season, so obligations are handled on time.
U.S. worker hiring
Through CrewHub Gateway, employers can reach work authorized job seekers in the United States.
