Reach work authorized job seekers
CrewHub Gateway connects employers with job seekers who are authorized to work in the United States, including refugees, asylees, permanent residents, and citizens, and are interested in relocating for agricultural work.
CrewHub Gateway
A direct path to interested candidates
Employers can reach refugees, asylees, permanent residents, and citizens through our job matching platform. Many of these candidates are new Americans, resettled in the United States as refugees or granted asylum, and all of them hold legal work authorization. Work authorization is not a preference or hiring criterion. It is one part of completing a lawful hire.
Employer responsibilities
- Treat all candidates equally regardless of citizenship or immigration status.
- Complete Form I-9 for every hire.
- Apply the same job qualifications and employment practices to every candidate.

Every candidate on CrewHub Gateway falls into one of these groups. Each of them is authorized to work in the United States, and that status is confirmed when you complete Form I-9.
Refugees

Asylees
People granted asylum in the United States. They are authorized to work in the United States and bring the same long term commitment to a job.
Permanent residents
Lawful permanent residents, sometimes called green card holders. They are authorized to work in the United States without restrictions on the type of work.
U.S. citizens
Citizens looking for seasonal and year round agricultural work, including people relocating for the job.
